Some photos taken during the visits of Panevezys narrow gauge depot and station.
 | 07/01/2007 | NGR: Panevezys - Anyksciai - Rubikiai line
The Lithuania's most famous narrow gauge line Panevezys - Anyksciai - Rubikiai. Still the best line to see some narrow gauge trains on regular service, also some additional private trains. The line from Anykciai to Rubikiai is very scenic because of interesting landscape.
 | 19/11/2006 | Vilnius South railway
The freight line going around Vilnius via Kyviskes, Nemezis to Vaidotai freight yard. The traffic is quit rare on the line, but more trains are expected to see on evenings between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm (16.00 and 18.00) when passenger traffic at Vilnius central station is very intensive.
 | 05/11/2006 | Vilnius and its surroundings
There is nothing to tell about Vilnius railway station... The most popular location amongst local and foreign trainspotters.
 | 05/11/2006 | Siauliai - Kaisiadorys line
Radviliskis is the largest railway station and depot in Lithuania with lots of freight locos and cars. Recommended to visit. Siauliai is about 20 km far to North from Radviliskis.
 | 05/11/2006 | Pavilnys and its surroundings
Pavilnys platform is located between Vilnius and Naujoji Vilnia railway stations. One of my favourite photographic locations because of beautiful nature and forests.
 | 05/11/2006 | Paneriai - Pusynas - Voke
This is the BEST place in Vilnius region. The railways around Paneriai and Vaidotai stations are full of freight trains with LG 2M62 and BcH 2TE10M/U.
 | 05/11/2006 | Naujoji Vilnia and its surroundings
Naujoji Vilnia is located about 8 km far to East from Vilnius. Further from the station are two railways: one of them is going to Kena ant then to Belarus, another one - to Turmantas. Also there is a EMUs' depot based next to Naujoji Vilnia station.
 | 05/11/2006 | Lentvaris - Trakai - Marcinkonys line
Lentvaris station is located about 18 km far to West from Vilnius, on the mainline Vilnius - Kaunas - Kybartai. Trakai and Senieji Trakai stations are located to South from Lentvaris.
 | 05/11/2006 | Kyviskes, Pakene and Kena
Kyviskes station is located only 17 km far from Vilnius to East, towards Lithuania/Belarus state border. Local passenger service is rare there, but it is a good place to see the freights with LG 2M62 and BcH 2TE10M/U. Kena is the border station.
 | 05/11/2006 | Kaunas
Kaunas is the second city in Lithuania according to population, but this town has some unique places to photograph the trains in regular service. Kaunas Central station is only for passenger trains, but Palemonas station and the line Palemonas - Jiesia (especially near Kauno marios) is very scenic.

The trip route was: Vilnius - Valkininkai - Sestokai - Mockava - Suwalki - Olecko - Elk - Augustow - Vilnius. The selection also contains some normal gauge railway photos that were taken during the trip.
